We are looking for a Registered Landscape Architect to help us continue our success.
The right candidate should have 5
years of experience in preparing plans for subdivision and land development approvals, as well as the ability to develop landscape architectural plans and presentations for special projects.
Position description:
Work as a team with the Surveyors and Engineers to provide the following:
Office concept plans for proposed project designs Zoning analysis and breakdown for sketch and zoning work.
CAD drafting for Engineering and Surveying needs.
Output accurate and professional As-Built Drawings.
Perform design support for project team.
Landscape design for buffers, streetscapes, etc.
Assist Project Managers as needed.
Job description Must be registered in Pennsylvania; other state registrations are a plus.
Demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD, preparing advanced AutoCAD drawings from sketches, marked-up prints, as-built and other reference material under the direction of the Team.
Create final drawings for technical and construction related purposes; review for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with required standards.
Perform basic design calculations under Engineer direction and review.
Modify existing drawings to conform with engineering design or construction changes.
Maintain regular communication and collaboration with other design team members.
Prepare and manage communications internally for assigned projects.
Required Skills and Experience Experience with AutoCAD software; use of other design software a plus.
Knowledge of standard office software programs including Adobe Acrobat, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Photoshop.
Must have ability to follow-through on any task and self-implement quality control measures.
Strong communication skills (written and oral).
