Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the dental office - Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both in-person and over the phone - Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details - Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Handle billing and insurance claims processing (if needed) - Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals as required Requirements:
- Proficiency in medical and dental terminology and understanding of dental office procedures - Previous experience in a dental office setting - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using office software Dentrix Note:
