We are looking for a new veterinarian to begin early 2024.
The position may be available sooner for the right candidate.
We are a 100% family owned hospital.
There is NO corporate involvement whatsoever.
We prioritize patient care, customer service and employee quality of life.

We are a lower volume, higher quality hospital.
We have 30 minute wellness and sickness exams.
We are currently open Monday through Friday.
In the future, we hope to re-open on Saturdays.
Prior to the Covid-19, BRAH had Saturday hours.

Compensation will not be commission-based.
You will not be incentivized to push unwarranted treatments and products.
We see medical, surgical, dental and emergency cases.
Although we work as a team, you will determine what is best for your patients.
We utilize local specialists and emergency hospitals when it is in the best interest of the patients.
We employ a board-certified traveling surgeon for orthopedics and challenging soft tissue surgical cases.
We regularly utilize radiology consults for x-rays.
We are looking for an experienced veterinarian that enjoys surgery, internal medicine and dentistry.
We expect our new hire to be adept in these areas.
You must practice modern medicine by keeping up with changing standard-of-care and practicing current medical techniques.
We perform many extensive COHATs with extractions.
We only refer dental cases when complicating factors exist (significant systemic illness etc).
You must be experienced utilizing modern dental techniques for dental extractions such as gingival flaps and alveolectomy.
We have an array of modern equipment:
two high speed dental units, two digital dental x-rays (one hand held), an IM3 vet-tome, a Vet-scapel CO2 surgical laser, Companion cold therapy laser, two electrosurgical units, ultrasound etc We are happy to add equipment if it improves patient care.
Perhaps most importantly, you must be liked by our clients and have an agreeable nature with staff.
We laugh a lot at BRAH.
